Dr. Schimp provides integrative and functional support for cancer, endocrine disorders, hormonal balance, blood sugar problems, Lyme disease and other chronic health ailments using biologically-based laboratory markers to monitor health conditions and to pin-point nutritional supports to optimize physiology. Dr. Schimp recommends non-pharmacologic nutraceuticals, plant-based botanicals, dietary and lifestyle options for health, healing and wellness.  Dr. Schimp is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with advanced training through Functional Medicine University, has studied under one of the nation's leading integrative medicine specialists, Dr. James Roach, and is trained in the Eclectic Triphasic Medical System for integrative cancer support.
Chiropractic Medicine

Dr. Schimp is a 1991 graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University and is skilled in the application of physical medicine for acute or chronic pain management using gentle manual and instrument assisted chiropractic manipulation and manual soft tissue therapies. David has advanced training in the diagnosis of neurological conditions following a 3 year residency through National University of Health Sciences. He received board certification from the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and maintains board certification as a fellow of the International College of Chiropractic Neurology. Dr. Schimp also holds diplomate status with the Academy of Integrative Pain Management.
