Vibracussor Myofascial Release is a pleasant instrument assisted therapy that relaxes muscles and fascia.  It differs from massage in that it uses a piston-like up and down movement rather than a back and forth movement.  This creates comfortable waves of compression that travel through the tissues to the affected muscles and fascia. In addition to relaxing muscle and releasing soft tissue fascial adhesions, the Vibracussor may also improve circulation and lymph flow.
